Come to the dyno day and see the 24psi one.
I recon upgrade intercooler, then look at more fuel, and get it properly tuned, put more boost through the standard turbo then if you still want more look at upgrading turbo.
No point upgrading the turbo if your not going to have the fuel and cooling there to cope with it, otherwise you'll end up like a lot of people that get there turbo high flowed or new internals and wonder why they're not getting more power.
