I can be corrected on this, but the theory says the T series blocks are the same (2T... and 3T... after a certain date). So it might be the oil light sensor as is on my 2TGEU (a mid 1980's build). If you have a oil temp gauge as a factory aoption, it 'might' be the pickup for that. But my guess would be something related to oil pressure. I'm only speculating so don't bite my head off if this is incorrect! [Report message to a moderator]
