I think it may be the clutch, as the first time i ran, the clutch was brand new, now its 4 months or so old, and the friction point has gone much higher. lol, that because your wearing your clutch out, which is very clear. theres an s13 convertible here in perth that runs some very quick times, but axle tramps so badly the whole convertible part of the roof joggles and shakes, the plastic window at the back of the car flexs and jerks like crazy. as far as i know, he hasnt been able to solve the problem. he is a member of SilviaWA.com theoretically, the back end hops because the wheel base is being compressed (the back wheels, pushing towards the front wheels, compresses the wheel base, and the back end hops back into position. i wouldve thought softer suspension would help, because it would make the car squat somewhat and force it towards the ground. consider strengthening the forward/backward movement of the back end, and improving grip (quick fix, drop a few PSI in your tyres). check all bolts/connections to see if they're loose... i cant think of anything else. with all that ive said, i know im wrong somewhere, so please, be gentle.
