zactly, most KE20 have disc...
do you have a transverse leaf suspension setup too? three bolts between the steering arm and the strut? (please check)
ke30-KE70 brakes are 218mm diameter, with later models being a little thicker (12.5 vs 10mm) you will need 13"rims to fit over them (or maybe special 12" )
easiest solution is to find KE20 discs.. you will just need the backing plate, caliper, brake line (better to get new one made up same as the old one), HUBS, and discs. i think the master cylinder is fine if it is unboosted... boosted brakes on these small cars can make it more hairy
fwiw, i've run KE10 master cylinder (unboosted) with KE15, KE20 and KE70 brakes without proportioning valve, and seems to be ok...
with the smaller 200mm discs, the rears could lock first, but not unless you pushed it...
