Ok, just found out the sx struts ARE NOT THE SAME as every other aus delivered AE92 etc. All aus cars have munroe made struts, but the 100kw 4AGE AE93 SX were inmported with the jap struts, made by tokiko or kyb.
I now know this because my car is currently on the hoist to get konis put in and the suspension shop has rung me to tell me they don't fit. I had after market munroes in there (from before i got it), and got original struts for the konis. I have been chasing the wreckers i got them from who, like the other people i confirmed they were the same with, are now saying, "no, they're different, of course i told you that at the time." FUCK!!!
So, i need some original sx struts, (already got the konis), and i'm pretty sure the imported AE92's had the tokiko or kybs, and i'm hoping an importer will have some. Of course, being rear, chances are not as good cause of all the half/front cuts. AAARRRHH!!!
So if anyone could help me get my hands on the struts i need ASAP i would be very much appreciated?!
