yes I didnt mention that I was going to make a black air duct that covers the top and back of it by wrapping it around the filter. It would be black and would make it less obvious. I am thinking now maybe still keep it up the front but tuck it behind the bumper opening more, if I am really keen maybe mayeb make a duct that channels air towards it, althogh I am sure that would have some trivial effects.
oh and yes I know that a hyraulic lock smashes the living shit out of everything, i beleive its normally the rods that bend..
