Yes, it's the IAC valve, generally most don't use it when using aftermarket computer, easiest way to alter idle spped is to plum in a small adj solenoid into one of the connections on the 'common rail' that feeds all the throttles, the the use the adjustable solenoid to bleed air around the throttles, works fine and gives good idle control, of course make sure your fuel map is ok.
