just thought i would add my little story to this post. had a cold air intake pipe 5" or something similar size on my 162 3sgte, then after a couple of days heavy rain turbo doesnt seem to be making power as easily as it was previously. pull the thing off and there are 3 blades on the intake about half the size they used to be. took it to a turbo rebuilding place (cant remember the place) and asked what he thinks happened to it. he replies " bet u have one of those cold air intakes dont ya mate?", yeah why i say, " cause you have had a fair f*&%^en bit of water hit this thing".

thats my story, but you shouldnt have any of these probs considering you dont have a hair dryer.
