Yep, the two pads in that picture are the DB1129 on top and DB1181 at the bottom. discpads.com has pics of each pad as well, when you compare them with that photo you can confirm that they are the correct ones:
If you need to get new discs, your only option will be the DBA 739's for the ST162. These are the correct diameter for your calipers/pads so will work fine. I believe (not entirely sure) that the factory ST165/early 185 discs were slightly thicker to help dissipate heat a bit better, but that won't pose any problem. Lots of people have used these twin piston calipers with ST162 discs before.
DBA 739 discs are 22mm thick so maybe you can do a comparison with your originals. Would be interesting to know for reference.
