2tgeu coolant lines in T/B Wed, 22 June 2005 09:40 Go to previous message
hey guys i drove my car just before and when i got back i did a general check over the engine bay. i felt the temp of the pod...cold as. felt the afm.... cold as. felt the intake piping... cold as. then when it gets to the throttle body it gets real hot. i looked and right over the top of the throttle body is 2 coolant lines( in and out i guess) and these are really hot.
so yeah to my question are these coolant lines needed? would it not heat the intake air up as much with them blocked/removed??
they are about 7-8mm hoses. roughly
cheers fo any help
