As for keeping it stock for 6+ months... Try 3+ years... MK3 are going for around 5 - 9 grand from what I've seen... I'm going to check it out a bit better once the owner is there... I'm unsure if it's just the fact that the car is dirty or not... The car hasn't been advertised yet, just the sign in the back window, and it only went in 2 or so days ago the owner said... Shocks are all brand new and supposedly "uprated" All tyres, bar one look decent (thinking tyre not at correct pressure worn out...) but there is supposedly a very decent spare sitting in the boot... I'll have a closer look at it, as for the gearstick boot, there's plenty of nice ones I've seen that I'd like from like Supercheap... So a bit of rice for a reason mightn't be so bad...
