G'Day Sam & Julian I'Ve cut up a VVT pulley to have a look at & see how it all worked & it is an absolute work of art inside. Very simple & very clever. There is nothing serviceable about the pulley. When you see how it all works inside it's very easy to see why they can rattle a bit , & you would not be at all concerned if it did. Send me your e-mail adresses & I'll take some pics. for you.
