Just check the amp hours rating. you will find that sealed gel cells while having hagi cca rating generally don't have the output duration of a lead acid. I went through the same questions when I just replaced my batt when it went into the boot and wanted it sealed. they are ok if only being used in high discharge/short burst use (ie only startup's) but wont run your stereo for long. I went with a century DIN53R, it's what goes into the boot in BMW's & Merc's, sealed lead acid, but vented case, complete with tubing. 550CCA, high amp hrs. Dont bother looking at their web site, I just did, about as useful as a diet crouton. High CCA isn't everything, esp if you want to leave llights on or run a stereo w/out the engine running.
