7/5kg springs and I find 1.5 turns off hardest on the front and 1 turn off on the back is good for drift. 3 off both is pretty ok for normal driving. Any more and the car is just spring and no damping.

Play with the adjustment 1/2 a turn at a time, it's pretty sensitive.

Plus I agree with Johnny.
