Greddy turbo timer question Sat, 02 July 2005 10:08 Go to previous message
Guys I picked up a Greddy turbo timer with some other electronic stuff today. Not sure if it works but didn't really cost me anything so doesn't matter.

Can someone tell me the wiring set up for these and what needs to be hooked up for it to turn on etc. I don't have model details but it is a very small unit hardly bigger than a cigarette packet. There are 4 wires coming out the back. Red, green, white and black. I am assuming red and black are power and earth but not sure of the other 2. Also it does not power up when the red and black are connected to power and earth although sometimes when connecting the wires you can hear a brief and faint buzz from the internal buzzer.

Please tell me what the wires are for and also whether they all have to be hooked up to a signal for it to power up. Or is it stuffed.

Gavin
