Hey man nice tidy setup, looks smooth.
A coupla questions, which might help with trouble shooting your problem.
What ECU are you running?
What temp sender are you using to activate the fans?
Where is the sender located?
What temp do the fans switch on, and off.
Have you verified, that the fans are forcing air through the radiator? Some are push, some are pull, and some are reversible, by flipping the blades over. Reversing the polarity, to change fan motor direction, is not as efficient as flipping the fans.
What is your fuel pressure? (too low pressure = lean mixture, = extra heat)
What type of EFI pump are you running?
