I've beaten a WRX in my Mum's auto AE82 Rolla. IN THE RAIN!! Well, beat him enough to get in front and cut him off from a set of lights. This was back when WRX's first came out and no one (apart from RS Turbo nuts like me) knew about them. Came to a set of red lights with the WRX sitting there. I needed to get home quick so I popped into the left lane (which was ending after the lights). I stayed about 2 car lengths back and when the lights from the other direction turned red, I slammed on the accelerator. The power of the AE82 made sure that there was not a single hint of wheelspin (even though it was pouring). He had no chance, I was in front and cut him off before the lights turned green and he even reacted... hahah Go the Rolla!! [Report message to a moderator]
