And the next thing is the water lines (heater and radiator), I don't suppose someone remembers exactly what lines work well (if any). I don't have dramas working it out, but if I can get told exactly what to use I feel silly for not asking.

Is that for a 2JZ-GE or for a 1JZ-GTE 
If it's for a GTE I'll be most happy
