well the gears would be right in front of you with the belt wrapped around them. if theyre not moving.. then somethings VERY wrong..
i.e. cam gears dont move means cams dont move, means valves wont move, means no air injection to the engine, means wont fire at all.. if none of thats moving then youre in deep shit.. you may have even cooked/seized ur engine up..
