Has anyone ever tryed applying heat to the pulley , or using some wd40 etc ? Also when you get the pulley off if you snapped a hardened bolt off in it you might need to drill it out with a hardened drill bit , and use a easy out . If you break off the easy out in the drill hole you will need to drill this out with a very hardened drill bit , ie concrete bit in a drill press . Failing that you need another pulley . The starter motor way is very good if the breaker bar is well places so not to go flying though the air .
