Sorry, I'm largely unfamiliar with the drag guys, I know of an engineering business in Castle Hill that makes rods but unsure if he has drag affiliations.
The guy I was thinking of in Orange is Kim Baker,he does the balancing, honing and resizing but apparently NOT(as I thought) the shot peening. Not sure who he uses but I'm sure he would happily provide a contact.
As to who is the better of the two, I couldn't say, I've used them both, Steve mainly for crack testing various components and shot-peening rods I've prepped myself.Kim did an excellent job resizing and honing superbike rods which were real pigs because of an unusual cap design. Best bet ring them and go with the cheapest quote.
