Yeah-although she had another 40rwkw almost everywhere compared to last time, the track conditions (track was ice cold and it has been raining for a month-meaning no VHT) combined with the BFGs being at too high a pressure and possibly a bit 'green'(as pointed out by Shane), meant I couldn't even get near the times I did last time-even when on the identical tyres. (last time I had enough traction for 11.37 on the Simex225's, but this time 12.5 was the best I could get out of them)
The extra power also made difficult to drive as one whisker too much gas and it would just spin. Have a look at the 12.06 video and you can hear I had to lift off 3 times as it got out of shape. In first I was just babying it so I didn't stack, second it was just frying them at will, and only in third was it gripping. Although it has a fair bit of grunt, it was turning the monster BFG's way too easily, so I figured that it must have been mainly track related.
Next time out should be soon-hopefully with the grip department sorted.
