so who is going to comply it? you cannot do it under RAWS/SEVS as it is not on the list... only way woule be to have gained PRIOR import approval as a personal import before it arrived, or to be complied under LVCS before the rules changed..
basically you need to ship it and live with it in another country for 12 months IF that country will comply it/register it... so how do you like new zealand?
