4 spot caliper rebuild, now leaking

Howdy, recently I did the 4 spot caliper upgrade on my Celica, with the corona struts etc..
With the upgrade I fitted a rebuild kit to the calipers.
Anyhows, been taking it easy to wear the pads in and finally gave it a nice hard stop, pulled up well except all smoke starting coming from the right wheel. Looks like brake fluid is leaking from one of the pistons onto the rotor.
Any ideas what i've done wrong here? New kit, and gave the bores and pistons a good clean up and used the proper PBR grease to re-assemble.
Don't really want to muck around with this as would hate to hit the brakes one day and foot goes to floor!
Cheers
Joel
