Ah rightio, wasn't aware there was prior knowledge. 
Beware, there are 2 different hubs for the MS55 - the Jap ones (which are similar to the MS65 ones) and the AMI/PBR ones. You'll recognise these easily as the discs have a much taller hat on them. The Jap discs are only 42mm tall, whilst the PBR jobbies will be around 70+mm. You want the Jap ones.... 
Pics would be handy, and so would a clearer explanation of what it is that you want to do. I get the impression you are doing a Hilux caliper/Peugeot disc conversion except with a 5 stud hub.
