you can put any engine in any car and get it pink slipped as long as it doesnt leak oil, steering is good and your lights work etc. you can do as many mods as you want and get a pink slip. its an examination af the cars roadworthy ablity not whether its stock or not. to get a blue slip you are meant to have every mod engineered. itll probably cost you around$500 to get a car engineered each time but you can geet as many mods done at the one time as you want so its good to get the eningeering done very last. however talk to an engineer first and get a print out of what they want you to do beforew you start so they dont right you off once youve spent all your money and think your ready for the road.
