Sat, 08 June 2002 09:07 guys most of the movies you see at the cinema are shown in a 'widescreen' format. with digital television here widescreen tvs are the way of the future. a film-maker shoots a film in a certain way... to alter it by stretching or cutting off footage is inexcusable. films should be viewed as their makers intended you to see them. chances are the countless movies you may have seen in 'normal' format are actually incomplete. being in the industry i have to admit i am biased but i do get disheartened to see the lack of respect given to film as a craft. my rant for the day [Updated on: Sat, 08 June 2002 09:11] [Report message to a moderator]
