I would be a bit cautious with products like this..
Many rust converting products react with iron oxides to chelate them. This will convert the rust but will not protect against further rusting.
Plus if you are top coating this product (and you will need to to provide ongoing protection) you may have troubles with adhesion, solvent attack on the "resin" etc.
If you want a good job I suggest you use the primer recommended by the manufacturer of the top coat system you are to use. These are likely to contain zinc phosphate or similar to provide ongoing corrosion protection. Plus if it doesn't work you can complain and they may help you. If you havve another product as the first coat they are unlikely to help.
If you own a MA61 I understand your eagerness to protect against rust! At least it's not a Datsun 260Z!
