Its not the fans unfortunately i tested that removing the fan sensor works 100% even when its overheating, so its gotta be either pump, head gasket (its not loosing water though) or the thermostat

I took the thermostat off and its clogged with crud from the head gasket redo (16 mnths ago) and looks rooted... the seal around it also was nomore so it would have been leaking quite badly...

Thx thermo will be done tommorrow :/ gotta replace the seal
