Basically if it's a FWD engine you'll need an intake manifold with the throttle body pointing in the opposite direction, either by scoring one off a RWD 4AGE if it's a big port motor, or a cut/shut job if it's a small port. You can use the engine mounts off the 4AC, and ditch the front engine mounts. You'll need RWD water outlets at the back of the head, which I can't tell you much about cause I don't have them yet. I've heard that you can't run a fan off the FWD water pump, which wont bother me since I plan to run an electric radiator fan anyway. Other than that there's not too much else different between the FWD and RWD 4AGE's, as far as I know.
You'll need to set up some sort of electric high pressure fuel pump, either in-take or external with a surge tank. If in-tank then you should have some sort of baffling to prevent fuel starvation, although I've heard of people running without baffles and not having problems as long as they keep the tank over 1/4 full. Obviously some wiring will have to be done, and finally some extractors and exhaust work.
I've just started this conversion with a 100kW engine so I'll let you know how I go.
