Best (cheapest) thing is to pull the other one off, then go hunting around the wreckers to find another off another toyota. There should be plenty of cars out there with the same sort of set up. I think the big tab on that is just to stop the other side from turning, so things dont loosen/tighten while the suspension moves, so something similar should do the trick.
Otherwise go to Toyota. They will be able to get you one no worries, but it will be easier if you actually go in to them to look at the schematic diagrams of parts on their PC to pick out the right part.
