any bearing shop, be it Gardner Bearings, CBC, etc will have a listing for them.
you go in there, and ask for a spigot bearing for an AE86 Toyota Sprinter, 1985 model.
they'll charge you about $7, and give you a bearing.
to get the old one out, use a hammer, a screwdriver, or whatever you can to get it out. makes no difference.
to put the new one in, get a 20mm socket, and a hammer, and bash teh fucker in.
it's not rocket science.
