make sure it's manual for that price. And also make sure it's a Gen III. You'll need a bit more stuff then that for a prober conversion.
eg.
1. Efi fuel tank. rt142 or MZ20
2. Custom tailshaft.
3. Custom engine mounts.
4. New brake lines since st141 rears have drums not calipers.
Anyone please tell me if i'm wrong. 
ra60, calipers are a good upgrade for a st141.
Also find out if the engine has a front sump otherwise you'll need to get one.
There is alot of information on this conversion, have a search and you should find everything you need
