Failing that, head to the wreckers with a measuring tape and see what you can find. I have a feeling an RA65 cable might be a good bet since they have a front-mounted throttle.

Been to the wreckers....no luck as yet (had a look at pretty well all the Toyota's  ). RA65 has the throttle on the drivers side (if I recall correctly) vis a vis passenger on the 1jz...hmm don't think it'll work...but I'm not sure! I haven't seen an RA65 at a wreckers in ages believe it or not...a fair few RA60's but not 65's.
For reference the MA61 cable is approx 1200mm end to end (that's a rough measurement btw so give it a bit of leeway!)
I'll post a wanted as well
