The engine management on a 22R-E is pretty simple and quite flexible; because it's using an airflow meter it doesn't matter much what engine it's attached to, it just sees X amount of air and injects Y amount of fuel to match. It's certainly not ideal but if you tweak the AFM on a chassis dyno you should be able to get it pretty close.
