Sun, 17 July 2005 09:16 The other trick is to get a fork & cut off the middle 2 prongs. Sometimes you might have to try from a few different angles, it depends on how the last person put them back on. But generally they're put on from the side of the handle, or from the side opposite the handle. [Report message to a moderator]
