KE55 has the correct shifter position, KE70 has shifter further back, and also has different rear crossmember mounting method.
you can easily swap a KE55 extension housing onto KE70 box tho.

nope, if you use a KE55 5 speed, or a KE70 5 speed with KE55 5spd extension housing, you will not need to change anything if you are going form a 4 speed. going from an auto there are sometimes driveshaft and cross-member issues (thanks to the traumatic 3 speed)

T50 will need diferent bellhousing, clutch, flywheel, and rear cross-member, and possibly hydraulic clutch pedal...
maybe you could use driveshaft if it is the smaller spline T50 output shaft
