Toyota Service (or lack of)

Now maybe I assumed wrong, but one would thing the manufacturer of a car would be best suited to servicing that car.
This is the 2nd service I've had done on the cressida since I got it, by a different dealer this time, and again the service has been shit.
Last time they gave it back to me leaking oil from the sump plug, and then told me it was due to my sump and would occur again at the next service (which it didn't), as well as a few other minor things, like electrical problems which weren't there before but they swore were not caused by them.
This time I get my car back and check the engine and trans oil, and both are overful. I also checked the air filter which was supposedly cleaned (even though its a paper element) and it's just as filthy as it was before. Also, when I picked the car up the bastards said it wasn't ready cause they were washing it...bollocks, its still as filthy as it was before it went in, they just hadn't done it in the 24hours I gave them (drop off 0900, pick up 0900).
The Service guy tried checking the engine oil straight after the engine had been running, but conceded it was overful. He then told me they "blow the dust and bugs out" of my air filter, because of course you cant clean or wash a paper filter...no shit.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced shithouse service from Toyota's allegedly superior service department?
Maybe I'm just a grumpy cunt who's been there 3 times after finishing a night shift @ 0700
