i'd suggest a service would include normal replacement of the air fliter? a paper type air filter CANNOT be cleaned at all. fine dusting it off does not even come close to replacing it.
over filled oil - too bad about your oil seals...
over filled trans not sure of the aspects of that.
leaking sump plug sounds to me like someone couldn't be bothered replacing the sump plug washer? bullshit they all leak...its a toyota FFS!
i'd take it up with the service manager and failing that i'd find a reputable mechanic...
