rdraginrolla Regular Location: Blacktown Bro Registered: July 2002	Re: Toyota Service (or lack of) Mon, 20 January 2003 06:02 My mummy bought brand spanker 1998 model Camry 4 banger in 1998 and about a year after she got it, it developed a really bad grinding noise coming from the front of the car. When ever you turn or brake, it would make this noise. Took it to a one Toyota service centre and they replaced the gearbox and CV joints under warranty. Ok cool, problem fixed? Nup Problem came back, grindy grindy grindy. WTF? Took it to a different Toyota service centre and got them to look at it. And you know what it was? A tiny stone stuck between the brake pads and disc. Dickheads Thanks for the free gearbox and clutch, but there was nothing wrong with the original Mr Toyota Man! Toyotas are cool though, just wouldnt let them service it. [Report message to a moderator]
