Give Harrop a call but I understood the billet calipers are something like 2000 a corner (or was that a pair?).
That sounds about right for the APRacing CP5200. Good caliper, nice and stiff, plenty of different pad compounds out there for them.

With regard to the Wilwoods, you get what you pay for.
