rob_RA40 Forums Junkie Location: c'town, NSW Registered: May 2002	Re: Toyota Service (or lack of) Mon, 20 January 2003 21:46 my parents went for a drive out to mudgee and were having problems with their MX83 cressy, managed to limp into the toyota dealer there and they spent 4 hours going over the whole car with every test device they had, this was with my old man (ex-mechanic) helping, unfortunatley they couldnt find the problem but my old man said the service was exceptional, seeing as tho they just turned up from nowhere with a car not under warranty. anyways my parents limped home and the next day my old man found that the rotor button had practically melted, replaced it and it was fine. perhaps the further away from sydney you get the better the dealer service is?
