Personally i'd go the ceramic coating from Competition Coatings in Guilford.

I used to have my pipes painted but they look like crap after a while unless you have 2 pak spray booth. I had 3 feet of my piping (2.5inch mild steel) done for around $90.

Added bonus of the heat properties and it polishes up well. Talk to Rob there and get a quote over the phone. Have your diameter and length of pipes ready.
