RA23 w/ 1GGTE or AE92 w/ 4AGE S/T?

hey i was jus hoping to ask of ur guys opinions...
i got money finally, and im not sure wat to do. i was planning all along to spend it on my rolla, i was thining s/t 20v conversion into my ae92 rims and suspension.
but my other option is a ra23, then eventually, or hopefully borrow the money n do it now, a 1ggte. then slowly get the car upto scratch and back together...
as much as the ra will be sooo much better, the insurance, and the amount of money ill have to fork into it will grow by so much...
also, a 1ggte in a ra23 will throw out the balance n handling, i think.... but i gots no idea.
wat u guys reacon?
