Just because you take your car to a dealership mechanic doesnt mean we are any better than another mechanic. They are here because you void your warranty if you get your car serviced somewhere else. If you take your car to a servo for a $99 service and they fuck your car, you have to pay for it. If you get it serviced at a dealership and they fuck your car, then they fix it. Free of charge.
The only extra training you get at a toyota dealership (that I know of) is how to code keys and radios and how to diagnose a car using an intelligent tester. They are trained at tafe just like any other mechanic.
I understand the customer service could be lacking, but that is the individual's fault. Not the whole dealership.
I dont mean to piss anyone off. Just telling the facts.
