Tofu is derived from soya beans (bean curd), and is high in protein, easy to cook, easy to east etc, and often used in asian countries as it is cheaper than meat..

tastes good when panfried with BBQ sauce AND beef strips and vegies.... at least thats what i eat in japan Very Happy

mmm aussie beef and tofu.. best of both worlds Wink
