Probably wont help but I had a similar problem and it was the 12 +ve supply to the relay causing the problem, the power source for the relay was stolen from the coil and when cranking would drop down to 6v or so. Once I gave the relay a direct feed to battery all was good.. Wasted so much time and money on different starters/batteries/wiring etc..
Anyhows just an idea but you might have already tried/eliminated this!
