sounds to me like someone (again Rolling Eyes ) is trying to do a "plug and play" wiring job......

dude you need to WIRE up the car, not just plug things together.

This means you need to ensure your "EFI Main" relay and circuit is operational and connected, and likewise your "Circuit Openning Relay" and circuit.... EFI Main is usually in the fuse/relay box in the engine bay, and C.O.R. is usually mounted ON or VERY near to the ECU.
