The N1 connector isn't going to worry you being chopped off, as only an AW11 has the other side of it.
What you do have to worry about is merging the two looms (the one in your car currently and the aw11 one) so you can utilise your old fusebox and relays.
I've scanned some images out of my aw11 wiring manual which will probably be invaluable to you if you haven't already got them. As you can see on the last few 'wiring diagrams', places marked -N1- is where it passed through the N1 connector (and it will have the pin number next to it).
