You need to find a vehicle which has a W5x transmission and the same diff ratio as you currently have. Simply take the nylon speedo gear out of that transmission and whack it in your W55. That should solve all your problems!

If you currently have a 4.1:1 diff, you should find what you're looking for in an RA6x Celica.
